The cleanliness was commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Among the various features, I particularly appreciated the new shower facilities, which added a touch of luxury to my visit. The self-registration process was efficient, which made check-in straightforward despite other challenges. While there were some issues with customer service and access, the comfort of the room and amenities nearly overshadowed these drawbacks. My satisfaction with the hotel remains high, and I am grateful for the pleasant environment it provided.
